Anti-inflammatory flatbread

Anti-inflammatory Flatbread – a delicious option for lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS (ORGANIC IF POSSIBLE)
1 1/2 TBSP Turmeric Power Blend
1 piece of whole grain flatbread
6 thin slices of red bell pepper
6 thin slices of orange bell pepper
Handful of arugula
1-2 TBS olive oil or avocado oil
Sea Salt & pepper to taste
Optional – 1/2 oz feta cheese crumbles & avocado
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven or toaster oven to bake at 350 degrees F
Mix oil and Turmeric PowerBlend together in a small bowl – set aside
Sprinkle a layer of bell peppers on the flat bread and put in the oven for 5 minutes until the flatbread is just starting to toast
Lay the arugula on top of the peppers and broil for 2 minutes (watch to make sure the arugula doesn’t get too crispy
Take out of oven and drizzle oil/PowerBlend mixture over the top
Add the sea salt and pepper to taste if you like
Optional – sprinkle feta cheese over the top either after you bake, or after you put the arugula on if you like warm feta cheese
